Free PDF sites make money by uploading your contracts, IDs and invoices to their servers. This kit is 13 tools in one Python file that run entirely on your machine — you can pull the network cable and every command still works. A built-in self-test proves it on your own computer before you rely on it. One payment of ฿1,490 — then nothing: no subscription, no per-file limits, no uploads.
Get the kit — ฿1,490One zip: the 13-tool CLI, a self-test that proves it works on your machine, and the guides that turn it into a service you can charge for.
info, merge, split, extract, delete, rotate, metadata, protect, unprotect, compress, img2pdf, extract-images, extract-text. One pdftools.py, typed like a normal command.
Every byte is processed in your computer's memory. No account, no server, no telemetry — signed contracts and ID scans never leave the room.
Run python3 selftest.py once: it builds real PDFs, merges, splits, rotates, protects, compresses and converts them, and checks every result — 15 green checks on your machine.
Merge a whole folder in one command, batch-compress a directory, schedule it with cron — copy-paste recipes for the workflows that repeat every week.
Price anchors, an outreach message that leads with privacy, and a day-by-day playbook to your first paid document job — the kit can pay for itself with one client.
Use it for your work and for client work, forever. No subscription, no per-file caps, no phoning home. Free updates for all v1.x.
No OCR. Text extraction needs a text layer. When you point extract-text at a scan, it tells you "no text layer found — scanned files need OCR, which this kit does not include" instead of handing you an empty file and hoping you don't notice.
No password bypassing. unprotect removes protection from files you can already open — your old exports, documents a client shared with you. It cannot and will not open someone else's locked files, and the license forbids using it that way.
Compression that tells the truth. Compression is lossless — it repacks structure without touching quality, so an already-efficient file may barely shrink. Every run prints the real before/after numbers for your file, not a marketing percentage.
Five minutes from unzip to your first converted file.
You need Python 3.9+ (preinstalled on macOS, free on Windows/Linux) and one required package: pip install pypdf pillow. That is the whole install.
Run python3 selftest.py. It generates real test files, runs all 13 tools and checks each output — if any check fails, you know before you touch a real document.
Merge a client packet, compress the file your email refuses, rotate the sideways scans, strip metadata, password-protect — then send. Every command writes a new file and never touches your original.
No subscription, no per-file credits, no upload quotas — because there is no server to pay for.

A zip with nine files: pdftools.py (all 13 tools), selftest.py (15 live checks that prove the tools work on your machine), and seven guides — install & troubleshooting, folder and batch recipes, a pitch-and-pricing guide for selling document work, a 14-day playbook, a manifest, and the license.
Python 3.9 or newer (macOS and most Linux have it; Windows: free from python.org) and one required package: pip install pypdf. Add pillow if you want the image-to-PDF tool, and cryptography only if you want AES-256 instead of the built-in RC4 encryption. Full troubleshooting is in the kit.
Correct — there is no upload code and no telemetry. Every operation reads and writes your local disk only. The kit even works with your network disconnected, and the self-test runs entirely offline, so you can verify that behavior yourself on day one.
No, by design. The unprotect tool removes protection only from files you can already open — you must supply the working password. It is for your own exports and documents that were shared with you, never for files you are not authorized to open.
No. Text extraction reads the text layer that already exists in a PDF. When a file is scan-only, the tool says so honestly — OCR is a different product with servers and models, and pretending otherwise is how free tools mislead people. Everything here stays local.
Yes — the single-user commercial license covers unlimited use on your own clients' documents, and includes the pricing guide for selling that work. The only thing you cannot do is resell or redistribute the kit itself; each person or company needs their own license.
If the kit doesn't fit how you work, email zicula06@gmail.com within 14 days of purchase and you get a full refund — the zip is yours to keep or delete. One refund per purchase; we only ask for optional feedback.
